How it works
1. Initial event details
We'll sit down (virtually) to discuss your event, logistical details, and any unique experience needs –including custom prizes.
2. Final details & payment
Once all the details are confirmed and final payment is submitted, we'll be set for your big event.
3. Setup & staffing
We'll show up at the agreed time and location in professional attire to will set up and attend to the machine. As the event goes on, we'll restock as needed.
4. Wrap up
When the event comes to an end, we'll pack up our machines and leave the space as it was when we arrived.

We can provide service to a 15 mile radius from Snohomish county and King County. When sending an inquiry, let us know where your event will be and we'll confirm if we can provide our services.

Yes, there will be staff to maintain and restock the machine as needed.
Outside of the venue/event location, time, and logistical details, we just need the space to place our machines and access to an eletrical outlet. We'll have extension cords, extra supplies, and everything else!
Yes, we can stock the machines with your selection of prizes as long as they are about the size of a softball. Any custom preparation will incur an additional charge.
Yes! If the grand prize fits within 12 in width x 4.5 in height x 8 in depth, then it will fit within the lock box. We will hide the key within one of the capsules for your guests to find. If the grand prize is too large for the prize locker, we can provide/reveal the grand prize upon finding the hidden key.
The number of claw machines will be dependent on availability. Please reach out to us for a custom plan.
Just as we will leave the event site as we found it (within reason), we expect our equipment to be in the same condition at the end of the event as it was when we arrived (within reason). Significant damage to machines will be subject to fees.
